COOL SUMMER TIPS

THE SIZZLING HEAT of summer affects the daily lives of people. But hey, it doesn't end here yet. PERSPIRATION, TIREDNESS & EXHAUSTION? There are so many solutions to that. If you really know how to take care of yourself, and how to get rid of the bothering effects of summer, then good! Let me give you some tips to make your Summer a prosperous one.

SUMMER TIPS:
1. SAY NO TO BLACK - Black or any dark-colored shirts should be prevented during this season. Dark-color absorbs more heat, which definitely adds hotness in your body. Make it a habit on wearing light-colored shirts for more coolness & freshness inside.

2. SLEEP EARLY - With regards to beauty, learn how to sleep early. You know that summer is a warm season, that's why coldness is not that enough even in the midst of night. Oil traps in your face which may lead to zits or acne.

3. FIGHT WITH THE SUN - There are so many "weapons" or "shields" available for you to use when going out of your house. Always bring your umbrella, sunglasses/shades and cap. Too much exposure to the sun is truly unhealthy.

4. BLOCK WITH SUNBLOCK - Apply your sunblock before going out for UV rays protection. Have AT LEAST SPF 50 for more protection.

5. WATER IS ESSENTIAL - Summer heat can cause so much perspiration. Through this, the energy in our body may not be enough due to the liquid wasted during this process. And with this, we are required to take at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.
